As a Market Growth Director at Dazzle Rocks you will be driving the development and execution of a viral market growth strategy for a cross-platform social MMO. Working together with the market growth team you will define and execute the player acquisition strategy with a focus on network effects that will enable us to create connections between the game platform and third party social networks. You have an ability to think outside the box to recognize unconventional advertising and brand collaboration opportunities in virtual worlds and bring them into fruition. You have a solid understanding of MMO game audiences and strategic thinking to achieve KPIs. You posses an energetic outlook, a willingness to take things all the way from start to finish and interest in working with multinational, talented colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Creating and driving the execution of a growth strategy with a focus on viral growth and k-factor
• Defining and building services to connect the game to external social platforms
• Recognizing, planning and executing innovative advertising/brand collaboration opportunities
• Analyzing and improving campaign performance
• Defining and execute the player acquisition strategy with a focus on network effects
• Tracking KPIs for market growth
• Collaborating with game team and sharing latest audience insights
• Act as a role model for market growth team by constant improvement, emphasizing best practices, leading by example and supporting team growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in marketing or a related field
• Previous experience from a similar role preferably in mobile games
• Proven track record of executing powerful and innovative advertising campaigns on digital platforms and recognize “untapped potential”
• Motivation and ability to create goals and deliver measurable results
• Being able to translate benchmarking & strategy to adaptation and ultimately execution
• Excellent project leadership and coordination skills
• Great communication skills in English
• Interest to actively keep up to date on news and trends

Bonus points

• Previous experience from recruiting and conducting job interviews for diverse market growth talent
• Previous experience from a UA role in a game startup
